Mechanical Digital Position IndicatorsThe major features of a mechanical digital position indicator are its robust display system with several digits plus a sophisticated meter reader for accurate readings. It also has a gear that translates adjacent axle revolutions into simple display scales.

Gravity indicators are used when the handwheel spindle is horizontal or max 60° inclined. These position indicators are available in technopolymer or steel and can be combined with handwheels or knobs to be installed on the drive shaft.

Analog / digital position indicators are also familiar position indicators that can convert a rotary movement into a display position, such as with a spindle. Digital indicators have an electrical, freely-programmable LCD display and a mechanical display counter mechanism.
